Thank you for considering Dr. Kris Radcliff for your patients. Dr. Radcliff is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic and neurological spine surgeon and Professor at Thomas Jefferson University. He welcomes referrals from primary care physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, pain management physicians and other specialists. Our goal is to see your patient promptly, communicate clearly, and return your patient to you for ongoing care whenever surgery is not needed.

How to refer a patient

Fax: 609-842-4040. Please include the referral, recent office notes, imaging reports and insurance information.
Phone: 609-800-3472. Our staff will schedule the first available appointment at the office closest to your patient.
Imaging: Patients can upload their MRI or CT online at spinaldisccenter.com/mri so Dr. Radcliff can review it before the visit.
Online booking: Patients can also book online.

When to send a patient urgently

Please call us directly for patients with progressive weakness, new difficulty walking or balance problems, or signs of spinal cord compression. Patients with new bowel or bladder changes or numbness in the groin area should go to the nearest emergency department.

Working together

Dr. Radcliff sends a consultation note after each new visit. Many patients do not need surgery, and those patients are returned to you with a clear plan for continued therapy or other nonsurgical care.
