If you have a CD of your MRI

  • At home: put the CD in your computer, tap Upload my MRI above, create a free account, and select the CD. Use Chrome or Safari.
  • No CD drive? Take the CD to a Kodak photo kiosk at most CVS pharmacies, choose mymedicalimages, and ask our office for Dr. Radcliff’s account code. It is free.

If your imaging center gave you an online link

Many imaging centers give you a website link and access code instead of a CD. Download the images from that link and upload them with the button above, or call our office and we will help.

No CD and no link?

Call our office with the name of the imaging center and the date of your MRI. We will help you get the images.

Also bring

  • The written MRI report
  • A list of injections or procedures you have had, and how long each one helped
